now the same as the file on the secret repo (before I just removed it) except for a few changes:

fixed the bug where every poll told you you couldn't vote for it, even though you actually could

makes the results button actually take you to the results page rather than doing the same thing as trying to vote (hopefully, I can't test this as I don't have a local db with polls)
