Added craftable bolas

  • Using 10 lengths of cable on a screwdriver now makes a bolas wire
  • The bolas wire can be thrown, but only to stumble. It needs to have items tied to it to trip
  • One item raises trip to 10%, two items raises to 30%
  • Examining will tell you the tied items, wirecutters will remove any items tied, and wirecutters again will remove the cable
  • Has a chance to have any items fall off when hits something
  • Added in a clumsy effect for clowns, causing them to stun themselves and drop the bolas
  • Changed the way stumbling works, so it no longer causes you to walk but instead just makes you step and stuns for a tiny amount (stun may be removed)
