More robots components shit

Robot components can be fixed while outside the robot. There's no real point in this, since components are fucking cheap and no one will remove a component if it's not destroyed. But hey, this is what you would expect from a game.

It also allows the ability to code some fun stuff (like exploding power cells or stuff like that)
