New Race: Suids

The thread's been talking about pigmen for the past month, so I figured I'd give it a shot.
Suids are a new human race. By default, they are little different from humans apart from having the IS_BULKY species flag (preventing them from wearing gloves, shoes, and exosuits, and using guns) and spawning with the matter eater mutation. Their racial traits, including brute modifier, burn modifier, movement speed, cold resistance, heat resistance, darksight, punch damage, throw damage, pressure resistance, and hypothermia vulnerability are based on their nutrition level.
At yellow hunger, for example, they take 1.25x brute and burn damage. At red hunger, they take 1.5x brute and burn damage, and move more slowly than a diona. Their cold and heat resistances are also penalized. Conversely, when overfed, suids take 0.75x brute and burn damage, deal an extra 5 unarmed damage, aren't affected by hypothermia, and are more resistant to pressure changes and temperature extremes.
Suids process nutriment at five times the rate of humans, meaning they get hungry much faster. When overfed, this increases even further, based on how far above 450 their nutrition level is.
This PR does not allow players to select the race. It will be available only through a staff of change or adminbus.
This PR also removes the IS_WHITELISTED species flag, because it had no meaningful use anyway and room for the new species flag was needed.
