Fixes the shuttle thrower directions on deff, stronger engine window

Fixes the shuttle throwers around the escape shuttle on deff pointing down instead of left

Gives throwers an icon to indicate where they are pointing, to hopefully prevent it from happening again

Makes the one rwindow keeping the fire out of the shuttle into a reinforced plasma window for added "safety".
