Moves some flags that were only used for clothing into a new var, clothing_flags Fixes a lot of clothing not having FPRINT because of user error from shitty flags Renames NOBLUDGEON to NO_ATTACK_MSG Adds NO_STORAGE_MSG to un-snowflake ebows Adds NO_THROW_MSG, added to snappop smokebombs

  • tweak: Syndie snap-pop smokebombs no longer generate throw messages, so the whole room doesn't get notified of who threw them.
