Sweeping changes to defib functionality

- Changed suicide damage to FIRELOSS (aka sick burn)
- Made clumsy event more painful
- Emagged defibs now hit even outside of harm intent and hit fairly hard. You have five tries before recharging, and if you're lucky you'll short out the heart or damage it badly (or have someone else do it)
- Seriously simplified actual reviving code
- Increased delay for setting up revive from 1 to 5 seconds
- Streamlined spark system and used new defib sound
- Streamlined suit/armor check and prob roll
- Defibbing now cleans all oxy damage. Still won't adress what caused to be put in crit in the first place. This should not cause major problems outside of making oxy damage as easy to fix as it usually is (Dex+)

- Reviving feels wonderful but will not let people just pounce up and get back in the fight
