Gives pAIs Ability to Emote

pAIs now have the standard silicon emotes such as *beep, *ping, *buzz, et cetera. Their custom emotes work as well, even while inside a container like a backpack or pocket. pAIs can use the *law and *halt emotes if they have Security software.
