Changes bar bottles, shaker, thermos, etc. to default to transferring 5u instead of 10u per click

Around half if not more of the bartender's drink recipes require 5u precision because of the amount of ingredients necessary and the limited space of the shaker; this is a small but important improvement to bartender QOL that makes his job less annoying.
