Adds a crate with russian clothing from Sovietvend

First actual PR I've ever done, just wanted to add some of its nice looking clothing since Sovietvends cannot be found unless you go ahead and ask a admin for it, since having soviet vends be available to the crew has proven to be a bad idea overall.
