Crayon eating visible to nearby people

Crayon eating is now visible to nearby people, like regular food. Currently only the person eating the crayon gets a message, with this change it is in line with normal food ("X eats the Y" but for crayons) It also increases the foodeaten counter for the round end report. Tested locally and it worked without breaking everything.
