Super Soaker and Squirt Gun

Adds the super soaker, a gun that can be loaded with reagents and fires streams of reagents that behave like lasers. The streams travel only three tiles by default, but the gun can be pumped in order to increase that range, up to 15 tiles. Being hit with a stream from a super soaker causes you to be splashed with 10u of whatever's in the super soaker. Can hold 200u of reagents, or 20 shots.

Adds the squirt gun, which functions the same as the super soaker, but it can only hold 50u/5 shots, and it can't be pumped.
