Sweet Machine Buff

As it stands the Sweet Machines are basically fancy decorations because the price of a sweet (1 coin) is simply not worth it, this PR goes some way to rectify this.

1. Buffs the Sweet Machine so that it dispenses a bag of sweets instead of just a single sweet.
2. The same holds for emagged sweet machines, you now get a bag filled with ten sweets (either normal or strange ones).
3. Expanded the list of possible chemicals for strange sweets to include a couple more interesting effects as well.
4. Pill bottles can now hold sweets (because why not)

This is the sprite for the bag.

I still don't expect to see anyone ever use one ever but might as well make it slightly less shit.
