Spessmart Fixes

Fixes part of #13790

Puts Spessmart greeters in an enclosed glass box so they don't get sucked out into space anymore. Adds two ATMs to the Spessmart entrance area. Admins are now notified if Spessmart enters lockdown due to the destruction of an item, along with what the item was, so we can find out if something is deleting itself and causing a premature lockdown.
