Various map fixes

Removed an unconnected vent from auxillary tool storage. Removed all instances I could find of emergency shutters being on top of airlocks when airlocks are opened. Added floor tiles under some doors that should have them. Removed medbay lobby cameras and toxins mixing camera from Toxins camera network. Moved them to the SS13 network instead. To clarify, toxins launch room monitors now only allow you to observe the bomb testing range. Rotated the starboard emergency storage APC, to allow AI interaction. Moved a vent and scrubber in the central hallway, so they don't overlap with the SS13 logo. Added a small beaker of sulphuric acid to the derelict. Reaching the required tech level to create a chem dispenser board without running out of acid is possible with the amount provided, but requires careful management of resources. Added camera in space outside of the armory. There used to be one there, but it seems to have gone missing. Removed a layer of reinforced walls from the armory to compensate. Exchanged a piece of reinforced wall on the permabrig toilet with a normal wall and made the toilet slightly larger. Removed station intercom floating in space near N2O storage.
