Fixes Defficiency Atmospherics camera coverage

Adds a camera to every gas tank, adds a camera just above the materials table, moves the distro loop camera slightly, re-tags all the cameras to not have shit names (Fore Starboard Primary? Security Checkpoint? Really?) and also moves a camera in the tcomms atmos room that was hovering over a door.

Camera coverage is now 98%, there's some small areas outside some of the tanks that's not covered.
