Adds MaMIs to the lathe. Needs NT 1, biotech 4 and data theory 4. Costs a load of silver and gold. resolves #7957 ?

  • experiment: You can now print Machine-Man Interfaces from the protolathe. As this is experimental tech, you'll have to procure a Nanotrasen Experimental Technologies Disk first.
