Changed default machinery/hydroponics/Del() behavior to delete parts as well.
Destroy() still only deletes the tray.
Fixes #1379 (closed) (transforming into apiary spawns parts)
Fixes #1413 (closed) (cleaning soil spawns parts)
This is band-aid fix. Machines need to be refactored, and it's probably not appropriate for a pile of soil to be a machine.
