Atmos locker update

  • Added to map
  • Added foam extinguisher to lockers
  • If it comes to it, I may revise the placement of these lockers. They make it impossible to properly turn around with a canister in the 3_2 space, but since it connects onto a 3_1 space for turning there shouldn't be a real problem anyways.
