Mantid Species up and running

  • Slight increase to melee damage
  • Slight increase to seeing in the dark 'Flayeded' was fixed, it reads as 'flayed'

After discussion in the thread, the first version is ready to ship to bleeding edge. Naturally we have some fine tuning to do, as well as proper suit creation, but that will come in time

As a bonus, The new Vox syndicate armor has come in, no longer have to adminbus raider armor for squak ops.

EDIT: Now set for Admin spawn only, plans for game mode / mode implementation hopefully
