Prevents loopholes in emagged lawset through personal pronouns

Just a quick cleanup of the emagged zeroth law to prevent a borg disobeying on account of gender discrepancies in the wording.

I also removed a redundant mining borg module check from the MoMMI emag code since MoMMIs obviously can't have a mining cyborg module.
