Unfucked most of the messages
Borrowed a fix from Bay that ensures the Explosion verb works correctly (technically it's given from the start, but checks are naturally added to ensure nothing fucks up badly)

Couldn't be fully tested because Malfunction only works when the gamemode is set beforehand (aka making an AI into malf via admin panel doesn't work) and running it doesn't work either
