Hotfix to recent organ changes

  • Unfucked the Bioprinter a little. It can now be anchored and deanchored using a wrench, has luminosity, uses power, has density (who the fuck forgets this kind of shit) and now uses visible_message fully
  • Added a grand total of two normal trauma kits to Surgery, mostly because it's fancy as fuck
  • Commented immulsion-ruining messages. Finish the code first, no need to tell players that an action is a WIP
  • Bioprinter can now be made via R&D
  • Reshuffled Surgery Rest Room a little bit
  • Unfucked internal chest organ surgery to actually work, especially for lungs

I will keep to hotfixes. Many things could have been done, notably making the bioprinter constructible, but since this whole thing is a WIP port I'll stick to unfucking what I feel is urgent (okay, making the machine luminescent is not urgent, but at least it's done)
