TAXISTATION: The big engineering update.

Engineering now has a fully functional, fully lit, partially camerad, fully power-producing singularity engine. Same amount of setup required as normal-station for now, may change in the future. Engine has radiation suits and shutters, as well as fancy floor tiles. Engine comes with only 4 (four) radiation collectors, which is plenty for the station. SMESs are now closer to the engine to simplify wiring. AME got its own SMES to help control power flow. Removed some piping that went under Rwalls in engineering. Changed some maint near atmos to be a conditioner heater storage room. Added External Pump and Scrubber pipes to atmos - will relocate this at some point in the future, maybe. Added some missing lockers to engineering, such as atmos tech lockers, welding supplies, radiation suits, etc. Added a tank dispenser to atmos, moved some things around, and added 2 Nitrogen canisters to help out Vox. Tried to light the lobby a little better, will have to iron out how it's going to be lit in the future.
