I don't even know if Security can be Traitors anymore, but if they can, this'll help

Traitor Security Officers, Wardens and Head of Security can now buy a special supercharged flash for 4 telecrystals
On use, it will cause massive amounts of eye damage, cause some regular burn damage to the head and paralyze the affected mob for a long while
The mob will let out a telltale scream as a drawback. It also doesn't prevent them from screaming their lungs out into their earpiece, although they will stutter for good measure
Superflash also stuns borgs for much longer, more precisely 15-30 sec
Superflashes can still burn out like any other flash, so don't count on it too much

Code was tested and works as intended, now it's all a matter of balance
