Let's talk about server quality for a moment here.

As it currently stands, these things are being ordered every round. They are used for IC shittery in terms of players fighting each other in Nazi vs Soviet battles, they're an easy source of weapons since the worst players will often tolerate an open traitor coming along and emagging all the vending machines since it gets them guns, and they're having more of an impact on round events than actual antags are.

I suggest we disable ordering them for a time for player testing purposes. They arm people too easily, and incite violence.
