[TAXI] Fixed errors in mechanic workshop and podbay.

Mechanic sheets now spawn with proper amounts (50/50/20), not all 1. Mechanic passive vent replaced with unary vent. Podbay given scrubber.

Realised I'd forgotten about these things while I was editing the Metastation workshop.
