Introduce Departmental Dorms

  • New Security Dorms area, implemented around existing Security Toilets area
  • New Engineering Dorms area, implemented in the space between the Escape Pod and the Atmospherics Chambers
  • New Medbay Dorms, implemented in some maintenance space right of Virology Access. For all intents and purposes, this has severed the Atmos/Med/Sci Maint at this level

The Cargo/Service Dorms is the civilian one (duh) and the Research Dorms will simply be the Outpost one for now
