Addresses #2057, #2054 (closed), #2053 (closed).

Shuffled virology slightly, removing pointless shit and adding a centrifuge and vial box (non-secure). Added airtight flaps to cargo for the lacking of brain. Replaced the spare comms console on the shuttle with a shuttle computer.
