Fixes stripped items appearing above sight overlays

Lines were commented out of no real reason in Bay's b8a12b0b Managed to reproduce the issue consistently by placing items on a human wearing a jumpsuit, then stripping the jumpsuit. For comparison: commented out Not commented out
