Started trying to fix a reported bug, ended up removing all of the relative pathing in the disposals code. My eyes hurt

Also removed ninja snowflake code. If you attack the disposal bin with your big energy sword of death, it's getting flushed. #REKT

Fixes #2303 (closed) As in it fucking doesn't, this shit isn't broken, but here, I just changed 2048 FUCKING LINES for your amusement. At least the relative pathing is gone
