Fixed Research Station's embedded airlock controller not working at all

There was no vent connected to the waste loop so chamber de/repressurization wouldn't work at all. The ID tags were fucked up too so even with a scrubber it wouldn't have worked anyway. Thanks to AnonymousRex for reporting it.

I replaced the unary vent with a large dual vent, fixed the ID tags and set up the airlocks in a similar fashion to the pod bay--both bolted, internal opened and external closed. Left is current, right is PR.
