Fixes #2965 (closed). Makes cooking machines transfer ratios into the transferred total, not for the fryer total. So having 10 Chloral and 400 Fryer oil will now transfer 2.5 Ch and 2.5 oil, not 0.01 Ch and 4.99 oil.
