Small conveyor belt improvements

+Allows you to create conveyor belt corners with a multitool, previously you could only create straight tracks without admin involvement/them having been there since map start. +Makes it so that using a device analyzer will scan the conveyor rather than put it on top since this is probably what you want to do (and if you really want to put it on top you can drag it or throw it, much like a madman trying to place a wrench on a table) +Fixes 1 (one) typo
