Adds mob static for Keeper MoMMIs.

Keeper MoMMIs now get a blob of mob-shaped static (or something else) over every mob. This should help with immulsions and reminding them that they shouldn't interfere. NOW WITH ALTERNATIVE THINGS: Blank Letters You can choose which you see with a verb. Ps: I also wrote a general utility proc for getting the average color of an icon. This is used in the letters you see there.
