Calibrate plant analyzers' nutrient consumption messages

One thing that always annoyed me about plant analyzers is that their nutrient consumption readings are adjusted for awfully low values. It would simply display "It requires a heavy supply of nutrient fluid" for values of over 0.2 nutrient consumption, the problem being that all default plants have 0.25 and exotic seeds have a random amount from 0 to 1. The result was that nearly every plant you analyzed required "a heavy supply" and you had no way of knowing if it would guzzle any more nutrient than your run-of-the-mill wheat (which it almost certainly did), and the lower value (0.05) was so low that it would almost never show.
