MoMMI edits and robot.dmi changes.

1. Removes the human sprites from robot.dmi. That shit was ugly and nobody used it.
2. Removed a ton of useless and redundant icons from the mmi spiderbot state. Why it didn't use the animation delay feature is a mystery.
3. Removed some redundant sprite states from some combat borgs.
4. Drungi's mechanical companion Scout is now a selectable skin for mommis. (Also has animated movement)
5. Emagged replicator mommi red eyes now appear correctly.
