RCD/RSF/Mat Synth consistency, click interaction with compressed matter cartridges

Fixed the awful description mumbo jumbo that was going on with these three, added a little consistency to their messages/sounds, and added interaction to the compressed matter cartridge to allow you to use the device on the cartridge and insert it as if you were using the cartridge on the device. Please do look at the last lines in RCD.dm to see what I did there, it works perfectly well and avoids awful copy-pasting but I'm not sure if this method could cause any problems.
