This allows MoMMIs (and technically only MoMMIs since other silicons don't have hands) to harvest from hydroponics trays again

I cannot think of one good reason to forbid MoMMIs to do that. Their claws are likely agile enough, interference with Botanists should be dealt with via the admins, not by hardcoding stuff and MoMMIs actually use hydroponics trays to grow wood and plastic (and when they are bored to grow food or mutated plants, especially if there's no Botanist)
