Make Give verb more handy

When people prefer to reverse-pickpocket or throw shit instead of handing it out to people, there's a problem

• Span, formatting
• Change view to oview. This effectively removes that shitty, unhandy "hey kid who are you giving this to" menu in 90 % of cases and just goes ahead and GIVES the item. The problem was caused by the person using Give being tagged as a valid recipient for the action, which is plain retarded

This does prevent one from giving shit to people on the same tile as yourself, but the only way this would happen is if you got trapped with another mob in a 1x1 opening. In that case, the only thing you should wish to give is death
