Re-adds the ability to create a singularity by placing a bag of holding inside a bag of holding.

The code was commented out by Bay and was then uncommented by Nexis back in 2e6b1bda but he forgot to remove the code bay had added which prevented the singularity from spawning.

As funny as it is watching players warn others about the dangers of placing a BoH inside another BoH, unaware of the fact that it does jack shit. I think it's time to re-add this long lost feature.
