Fixes #3897

Adds an exception to life.dm so that plasmamen do not take damage from contaminated clothing. Clothing they are wearing can become contaminated if it is exposed to plasma in the air, but Plasmamen will no longer take damage from it.

This should fix #3897 (closed)
