[HOTFIX] more Bomberman hotfixes

including:

  • having to delete the arenas twice for them to be removed from the arenas global list
  • runtime errors on force-started arenas because some of the spawn points don't have players
  • players not disappearing when the round ends
  • players not being notified in the first place that the round is going to end (when there is a winner)
