For some reason, generic (non-department) glass airlocks were set to be 3.33... times as loud as literally every other airlock in the entire game, including department glass airlocks. This comments out the line that does this. I don't know if there was a reason for this, but I can't see one. Just close this if there was, I guess.

Fixes #3982 (closed).
