[Feature/Arenas] "Search For Arenas" ghost button, and notifications

  • Ghosts now get notified when an Arena is created, or an Arena round starts. They can click the hypertext link on the notification to teleport to said Arena.
  • Ghosts now have a "Search For Arenas" button under their Ghost tab. Gives them the list of existing Arenas and lets them teleport to any of them.
