All silicons (AI, Borgs, MoMMIs) can now purchase items that do NOT cost money from all vending machines.
Service borgs and MoMMI CAN purchase items that cost money as well (as they were supposed to originally it seems, but couldn't, because they couldn't swipe their fucking non-existent ID on the machine)

I can actually bring you a cup of coffee now!
