Remove shitty "white-ish" color from the PDA light

This seemed like a better idea when I nerfed the PDA's flashlight range, but color-blending is so bad that it stands out in all but complete darkness

If dynamic lighting is ever made not shit, we can have something like this again. I could have went for a deep green color instead, but meh
