Taxi fixing: Taxi harder

Fixes #4641 (closed), APCs are now wired properly. Fixes #4643 (closed), barsign is now pixel-displaced and can be accessed from the inside of the bar. Fixes #4644 (closed), no idea why the vent was edited, now it isn't. Fixes #4648 (closed), aka Russell's gas sensor. Fixes #4649 (closed), medbay now starts with 2 canes for optimal walking efficiency. Fixes #4651 (closed), sleepers now use the default sprite. Fixes #4659 (closed), windoor rotated and spare camera removed. Fixes some of #4661 (closed), notably brig timer moved to be visible and usable and shotguns added to armory. Fixes #4664 (closed), also renamed some other gas pumps. Fixes #4668 (closed), also patched gap in disposals.

Fixed with no issue:

• Nuke ops now have a button to access the ship from the outside.
