Rapid Cable Layer (RCL) allows you to quickly smooth-wire en masse.

In addition to the above sprites, I have added for the icon_state 2 additional icon_states that show the cable coil 2/3 full and 1/3 full respectively. You can see the icon changing in the video.

Now fits on the CE belt!
