Change CMO jumpsuit's to bear a blue cross

Because blue is the color of the CMO, it should be the color on his jumpsuit. And yes there is a big fat green cross across his chest and his back. What's worse, the sleeves are usually covered by his precious blue labcoat, so it looks like he's wearing a regular medical uniform like a pleb
